PLEASE DON`T FEED THE ANIMALS!

Hi everybody!  

Here is an interesting verb in English:

feed (餌をあげる/食べさせる)

I think this verb is interesting because I don`t know of any equivalent verb in Japanese. 日本語では同じ意味の動詞がないと思うので日本人からとしたら面白い単語だろうと思います。

So, let`s practice! Here are some example sentences:

・Please don`t feed the animals! (動物にエサをあげないで下さい！)

・Did you feed the baby? (赤ちゃんにご飯をあげた？)

・Feed me! (食べさせてくれ！)

And here is one more interesting verb: water

お花や植物に水をあげる時は “feed” の代わりに “water” を使います。使い方は一緒です。 

For example…

・Did you water the plants? (植木/植物に水をあげた?)

・Yes, I watered them this morning. (うん、今朝やったよ。)

And that`s it for today. I`m hungry so I`m gonna go have dinner. Or…

I`m gonna go feed myself! Catch you later (＾。＾)/
