Osechi, Japanese traditional meal only for New Year's Day for this year is this!  This is so special to me, because the dishes were all prepared by my friend.  She honestly followed the traditional way of cooking from her hometown.  I was so lucky she kindly invited me to this special dinner!!  Sorry about the wine, Japanese sake should be there... It was super delicious, though.
