Yoshio Midori

3D illustrator. Born in Kitakyushu Graduated from nursery school.

After working as a designer at a design office, he became a three-dimensional illustrator using paper clay. With his colorful and lively works, he is actively involved in production requests from companies, illustrations for magazines, children's books, and picture books, covers for teaching materials, campaign visuals for cat food, calendars, pamphlets, and more. The quarterly magazine "Nekomaru" (Tatsumi Publishing) is currently serializing Yoshio Midori's cat diary. He is in charge of the cover of "Natsume-sha, a warm picture book for mothers and children before good night" (Natsumesha) and the illustration of "Issunboushi". His publications include "A round cute little bird made from clay" (Nitto Shoin). His solo exhibitions and group exhibitions have been held all over Japan, including in Tokyo, Osaka, and Hiroshima.

He loves making things out of clay and kneads the clay with a smile on his face. He especially likes cats and birds.
