This time there is a shop in Tengo Nakazaki shopping street

We had a great meal at Pizzeria Asso da yamaguchi.

I have the impression that there is always a line at the store where staff "A" has always wanted to go.

This time I went after making a reservation at the opening time of 12:00 but it was fully booked.

There is a queue outside. It's very popular.

I like Napolitan pizza because the crust is thin in the middle of the pizza and there is plenty of sauce.

The outer crust surrounding the pizza is fluffy and delicious. Eating progresses.

What a time! ! ! ! There was a tripe stew, so I ordered it immediately! !

It was light and not overpowering to suit the tastes of Japanese people, and it didn't have an offensive odor, so I fell in love with it.

It's been 4 years since I ate Trippa.

Trippa is an Italian dish, and I found it on the menu in Italian restaurants and ate it.

Trippa is a stewed dish of hormones such as honeysuckle, and I think most of them are stewed with tomatoes.

Lampredotto is also an Italian dish, and this is also a hormone, but it seems that the part of the hormone is different.

I also miss the Panino Lampredotto.

I derailed a little, but the pizza I ordered was a pizza with raw ham,
