Jack Rovner resigns from NexCen Brands BoD
NexCen Brands Inc announced that Jack Rovner has resigned from its Board of Directors, effective August 29, 2008. Jack Rovner was elected director of the Company on October 31, 2006. Mr. Rovner is the co-owner and partner of Vector Management - one of the most successful artist management companies in the music industry. David S. Oros, Chairman of NexCen Brands stated, “Jack has made many valuable contributions to NexCen during his tenure on the Company`s Board.
