Kirishima Chicken, The Pride of Ebisu

The chickens are raised for about 70 days, longer than young chickens, are fed on Miyazaki's clean water and original feed containing herbs and wood vinegar, and are free-range on the land and exposed to the sun. 

It's high in protein and low in calories with little to no distinctive meat odor.
