Are you interested in hidden gems in Nara and other spots in Japan? Interacting with locals is the best way to get special information that you can never be offered by information centres. We are an English Conversation Cafe owned by an Aussie and a Nara local, providing English speaking atmosphere for English speakers and learners. Please pop in the conveniently located Mochiidono arcade (6 mins walk from Kintetsu Nara stn / 12 mins walk from JR) for your unforgettable Nara visit!

You don't need to master Japanese to mingle with locals in Nara. So many Japanese are eager to improve their English skills and try their English out with foreign tourists like you. If you'd like to try your Japanese skills, it is possible here too! Learn a lot about Nara and Japan as well as introducing different cultural aspects in your hometown. Shop closes at 7:30 pm. You might have too many recommendations for your next visit (or drink) in Nara and Japan after the session!

実はこのようなイベントは長い間やりたいと思っていてできなかったことでした。今では、当店のお客様は外国からのお客様がほとんどです。同時に、「外国のお客様と話がしたい！」という英語学習者の方の声もたくさん聞くようになっています。

カジュアルな、生の、本物の英会話ができるといいですね。

※外国人の方が集まらない可能性もございます。その場合はクリス＆ケイコや、同じ英語に興味のある方同士、さまざまな情報交換をしたり、積極的にお話をしたりする場にしましょう。
