A strange guest

The other day, we got a strange client. Gaga, he's a secretary for our boss, took this kid to our office, a living sweet potato!  Gaga told us that this kid got lost on the way back from Costco, which is 5km from the centre. He/she doesn't speak our language but it seems to understand what we say. All he/she answers is just pointing "UP", that's the only clue. We may need to find a flying vehicle or a rocket, maybe space ship?  I hope Pandy comes up with some ideas.
