仕事に対する考え方は年代・経験によっても変わってくるらしい。20代、30代は成果を出すことを中心に考え、40歳代になると成果だけでなく、なにか人としてのやりがいも求め始め、50歳代は人生を考え始めるそうだ。

The view of work seems to change according to age and experience. In 20's and 30's, they focused on producing results. In 40's, they began seeking not only achievements but also something motivated as a person, and they will start thinking about their life in 50's.
