Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Add bacon and cook until almost crispy, prob 4-5 minutes. While it cooks, combine rice, eggs, oyster and soy sauce in a large bowl, mix well and set aside. When bacon is ready, add the garlic, ginger, jalapeno and green onion - mix and cook 2 more minutes.
