I participated in a coffee-making class held in the town again.

We compared the tastes between the deep roasted bean and the light roasted bean this time.

I could imagen that the coffee made of deep roasted beans is bitter and it was true.

But I couldn't imagine how the coffee made from light roasted beans would taste.

I wondered what it would taste like.

I was surprised to find it was sour; it had a fruity taste.

I prefer the coffee made of deep roasted beans.

Which type of coffee do you prefer: one with a rich taste or a fruity one?
