シャトレーゼ パティオ型店舗|Chateraise Patio Type Shop

20年前「子育て中の奥様」の共感を得て業績を延ばしたシャトレーゼだが、既存店舗の業態は、その当時の顧客と共に老いてしまっていると感じた。この失われた20年間を若返らせて「現在の子育て中の奥様」の共感を得られるデザインを目指した。契約農場と自社工場から輸送と店舗までの全てを持ち、かつ添加物を極力抑える努力を続けている食の安全への努力を店舗でも表現すべく、清潔でシンプルな印象を与えるデザインとした。パティオタイプ店舗では、中央に吹抜を持つお客様を迎えるパティオを設け、入店時の気持ちの切り替えを促している。

Chateraise has 500 confectionery shops, many built 20 years ago (from my business starting) aimed at young mothers who live with their children and parents. I felt that their shops had become old-fashioned over 20 years with clients. So, I tried to design shops which would be attractive to young mothers of the moment. And since Chateraise has their own factories and transport network and were trying to cut some additives, I tried to design shops which give a clean and simple impression. I organized entire designs from branding to each design such as shop building, packaging, advertising. Patio Type shop has a patio space in the center of the shop, forming a welcome space with entrance and cash desk.
