2023/04/15 茶道体験　Tea Ceremony

 こんにちは！４回生のサキです!(^^)!

今日は、４月15日に行われた、茶道体験の様子についてお伝え出来たらと思います。

京都大学医学部茶道部さんに協力して頂き、留学生さん達のために茶道体験を開催することが出来ました。

まず、畳が珍しいらしく、炉や袱紗などの道具にも興味津々でした。

茶道部の方が英語で茶道について説明してくださり、お点前も見せて頂きました。

日本人の私にとっても素晴らしい体験でした。

お茶もお菓子も美味しくいただきました。

MESSの方にも茶道部の方にも来て頂いたので、いつもよりも大人数の会となり、楽しかったです。皆さんにも楽しんでもらえてよかったです。

これからも団体の垣根を越えて沢山思い出作りが出来たらと思っています！

Hi, I'm Saki. I am a 4th grade medical student. I'm the captain of MSB.

Just wanted to let you know about the event hold on 04/15/2023.

For international students, we had a tea ceremony party with tea club members of Kyoto Univ. 

They were interested in Tatami, and many tools originated in tea ceremony; for example Ro and Fukusa.

Tea club members described us what is Sadou, which means tea ceremony in Japanese.

They performed to make tea in the classic way.

We had a precious time.

I want to plan some events with many students, no matter they are MSB members or not.
