3-7 オカバンゴデルタ:

This paragraph talks about Okavango Delta that was created by three rivers that used to flow into the sea but then became a delta by being lifted its land by continuous earthquakes. 

3-8 雄の鳥の求愛行動:

This paragraph is about the differences in appearance between male and female birds. Usually male birds try to appeal females birds by displaying their feathers in a special way, changing the shape of its body or even dancing an interesting movements.
