Minimum attendance, maximum learning

Minimum attendance, maximum learning -- Meeting No. 333rd

Chofu Free Flight Toastmasters Club had the 333rd meeting on March 9. There were only 4 attendees, one of the lowest this year, but the meeting turned out to be a great learning opportunity for all four of us.

The Table Topic Master, TM J, prepared 6 topics for 3 speakers so that everyone spoke 2 times. TM J made a prepared speech in Japanese and all members gave feedback, which was summarized by the assigned evaluator, TM S.

Due to the small attendance, we all had to take double or triple roles, which means we all had to fully participate and actively communicate. We left the meeting fully satisfied.

Our next meeting will be held on Saturday, Mar. 23 at Tazukuri and online.
