厳しい暑さもやっと一段落しました。いかがお過ごしですか。いつももり山をご愛顧いただき、まことにありがとうございます。

この10月でもり山は11周年を迎えました。引き続き変わらぬご愛顧よろしくお願い申し上げます。

食材はすっかり秋に染まっています。

写真の食用菊も出てきました。お浸しや酢の物にすると香りと歯応えが楽しめます。

魚も秋鮭や子持ち鮎など、秋のものが出ています。
