I like Matsumoto Castle.It is a National Treasure.

Himeji Castle is a World Heritage Site and is famous for its white exterior.In contrast, Matsumoto Castle is known as the "Black Castle."

Toyotomi Hideyoshi preferred black castles, so many lords built castles with dark exteriors during his rule.

However, when Tokugawa Ieyasu came to power, he ordered many castles to be repainted.As a result, the Matsumoto Castle we see today reflects Ieyasu’s taste and preferences.
