I went into watching this thinking it would be a shallow movie about sex and open relationship, but the ending gave the film meaning and purpose worth translating into the reality of relationships. Morally in our society this is wrong but the concept remains un undisclosed desire in all of us. Let's not be hypocrites. I really want to see it, when it's coming out ? nice story .... So it's a movie about a couple in a open relationship that goes tits up! How creative This trailer is misleading. They took every violent scene in the movie and spliced them together to make this look like a hyper-violent horror film. It isn't one. It's actually more of a drama, similar to Starman. I liked it, though, but I wish I'd gone in knowing what to expect..

Apparently, Kiyoshi Kurosawa, the director of the film, focus on expound the theme of the story mechanically, while structure of script is somewhat unsatisfactory.

In addition, Kiyoshi Kurosawa did not deal with relationship well between the personal expression and mainstream value.

However, because of veteran cinematography and proper performance, the executive ability of every single shot is very good. Therefore, in general, emotional expression is obviously better than the construct of world view in this film.

In other words, the hesitation of director stops the film from becoming a classic work, if he could make a more determined decision, it will turn into a better film..

So a movie that promotes polygamy? That's great... This movie reminds me of a number of other movies about the same, predictable concept - a couple who feel as if they have fallen into some kind of rut decide to see other people which makes them question who they are and their relationship. In the end, the couple either break up or find themselves in a tense, unresolved place. It usually ends with some level of heartbreak. The one time I've seen such a concept end on a positive note is from the Netflix series Easy. The episode is called Utopia in case anyone is interested in looking it up..

. Characteristic spooky Kurosawa romance but with added science fiction and suspense elements. The husband is acting strangely in hospital, the teenage girl emerges from the house blood stained and a cheery teenager connects with a reporter who shows up in a borrowed TV truck. The film spends most of it's not short running time exploring the mechanics of spaceman invasion and it's done through rather endearing aliens - even when they start wreaking havoc with very loud, government issue automatic weapons.

Scope filming and subdued playing register and the business of having the characters appear against backgrounds more brightly lit than they are manages to be eerie..

Must watch.🙌 If you are self aware, mature, understand that relationships without communication are unhealthy, it’s an amazing, touching and deeply sad movie. If you prefer ideologies over reality, you won’t enjoy it. Because the reality is relationships cant “account for personal growth”, as said in the park scene. The homosexual couple represented growing in different directions. The heterosexual couple represented a clear lack of communication about their sexual relationship.. sex is a part of life not hole life pls remember and do good films.
