Lucas claimed to have murdered multiple victims, but doubt has been cast upon the numbers he claimed due to the sheer logistical improbabilities based upon the dates and locations he provided. The movie itself is an extremely difficult one to watch. It is indeed engrossing but I wouldn't call it entertaining; it's more like during a marathon of foulness. But it was very well made as it was so believable in its documentary style. A little bit like Man Bites Dog..

after reading some of the comments, i think it's apparent some folks are missing the point that the role of that salesman is superimposed by the mind of someone who murders as an act of survival. of course we'd believe everything about this is so shitty. i haven't seen this movie (fully, that is) but the direction of this small bit blew me away!. Good job Henry. The vendor sucks!
