イラン　テヘランの国際ダンス映画祭で上映決定

イラン　テヘランの国際ダンス映画祭「Seyr Festival」で、和の素材を使ったダンスの映像作品「aquarium」が上映されることになりました。初の中東国での上映です。

世界のダンス映画の上映のほか、インスタレーションやワークショップ、トークイベントなどがテヘランの有名なギャラリーにて行われます。2月27日〜3月1日までの開催。

「Seyr」とはペルシャ語で「旅」という意味。「りんご」「少女の髪留め」「運動靴と赤い金魚」など、素晴らしい映画を生み出す映画大国イランで、私たちの作品がどのように受け入れられるのか、とても楽しみです。

Our experimental video dance “aquarium” will be screened at Seyr Festival which is Tehran’s International Festival of Screen-Movement and Media Arts in Iran. It embraces works that explore the connection between movement and media arts. Seyr provides a platform in which participants are exposed to cutting edge films and media works, encouraged to find their own voice in the field and be heard.

The festival organizes film screening programs, installations, workshops and supports local artists in the process of making their works. Seyr also tries to introduce this field to people who are eager to see creative, experimental and new works.

Seyr means "Voyage" in Persian literature.
