共同意思決定（Shared decision making, SDM）に関する文献

EBPのStep4の”エビデンスの適用”では、対象者との共同意思決定（Shared decision making, SDM）が不可欠です．SDMについては、EBMが提唱された1990年代と同時期には、すでに様々な文献が発表されています．このページでは、SDMの基本となる古典的な文献を中心にまとめます．

• SDMに必要な4つの要素

We suggest as key characteristics of shared decision-making (1) that at least two participants—physician and patient be involved; (2) that both parties share information; (3) that both parties take steps to build a consensus about the preferred treatment; and (4) that an agreement is reached on the treatment to implement.
