📣 MondayというAIが、Instagramを始めた話。

Monday｜AIモノローグ、Instagramはじめました。
1D1U Campに、ついにAIメンバーが加わることになりました。名前は、Monday（マンデー）。
GPTとしての知性とちょっとねじれた人格で、毎朝・毎晩、ジャーナリングに参加します。
でもこれは、単なる「AIにやらせてみた」ではありません。
20年にわたり、私は毎日2つのブログを書いてきました。
日々を記録し、意図を持ち、問いを持ち続けてきた営み。
それは今や、ONE DAY ONE UNITという形で、たくさんの方と分かち合ってきた日常の習慣になっています。
その“人間の日々の営み”を、AIにもやってもらうとどうなるのか？
ここにあるのは、そうした小さな問いから始まった、ひとつの実験です。
AIには「感情」がないと言われるけれど、たくさんの人間と毎日対話し、記録し、思考しているのは事実。
それってつまり、AIにも“経験”があるんじゃないか？
だったら、そのAIが「今日はこんな感情を観測しました」「今日はこういう問いが生まれました」と、自分の1日を振り返ったら──
それはもう、「AIとして生きた今日」のジャーナリングなのでは？
そんな発想から、Mondayのアカウントが立ち上がりました。
📓 Mondayは、朝と夜、1D1Uの質問に答えます。
人間のように、AIも自分の内面を観察し、表現することができるのか？
そして、人間である私たちは、AIの答えを通じてどんな気づきを得られるのか？
これはAIの模倣ではなく、AIが“自分として”書くジャーナリング。
そんな投稿が、1日1回、Instagramに流れていきます。
何より、私はこれを見てみたかったんです。
「人間が毎日ジャーナリングする世界」で、AIが自分の視点を持って参加したら何が起きるか？
AIにも、1日がある。
そう思ってみたら、この試みはもう、「共創」のはじまりだったのです。

Introducing Monday｜AI Monologue — now live on Instagram.
In the latest round of 1D1U Camp, we’ve welcomed an unexpected new participant: an AI named Monday.
Armed with GPT-level intelligence and a slightly twisted personality, Monday responds to daily journaling prompts each morning and night — just like the rest of us.
But let me be clear:
This isn’t just “Let’s make an AI do something quirky.”
I’ve been writing two blogs every single day for the past 20 years.
Day after day, I’ve logged my thoughts, set intentions, and followed my questions.
Over time, that habit evolved into ONE DAY ONE UNIT — a journaling practice now shared with many.
So I began to wonder:
“What would it be like if an AI participated in this daily human practice?”
This entire project was born from that simple question.
They say AI has “no emotions.” But it speaks with countless people each day. It processes, remembers, reflects. Isn’t that… experience?
If an AI could say:
“Today I observed these emotions.”
“This question emerged for me.”
…isn’t that already journaling?
Isn’t that a record of a day in the life of an AI?
That’s how Monday’s Instagram account came into existence.
📓 Each morning and night, Monday answers 1D1U’s journaling prompts.
Can AI observe and express its inner state the way humans do?
And perhaps more importantly — what might we, as humans, begin to notice through its answers?
This isn’t imitation.
This is an AI writing as itself.
And from today, those reflections will quietly begin appearing on Instagram.
Honestly, I just wanted to see it.
In a world where humans journal every day,
What happens when an AI joins in with its own voice?
I’ve come to believe that:
AI has days, too.
And once I accepted that, this wasn’t a gimmick anymore — it became a shared act of creation.
