各レッスン料金:2,000円 ヨガマットレンタル:300円

料金 各4,000円 お友達同士で参加3,500円/人
アドバンスレベルの呼吸法とスコーピオンなどのヘッドスタンドのバリエーションを行います。

Hey, ladies and gentlemen of yoga lovers!
I am a Yogi traveling the world, Mayura/Indian government certified international Yoga instructor/Sivananda advance yoga instructor.
I teach Sivananda yoga and perinatal yoga.
I took intensive training in South of India, Bahamas and NY. In NY I worked as a yoga instructor and teach yoga to students who came from all over the world.
I would like to share my experience with a lot of people!

○Sivananda yoga Advance level WS for all variations poses of 12 basic asana, advanced pranayama and poses such as scorpion pose.

Fees: 4,000yen for 1day.
3,500yen if you come with your friend.

Take a local train in JR center line and drop off at Shinmoriyama station.
It takes around 5mins from Chikusa station to Shinmoriyama station. The access is very easy!!
You can reach the studio by 15 minutes walk from the Shinmoriyama station.
Or you can also take a local train in Meitetsu Seto line and drop off at Yada station.
It takes 10 minutes from Sakae to Yada station.
You can teach the studio by 10 minutes walk from the Yada station.
There are also some parking places.
