通常１０年必要と言われる寿司修行を２ヶ月で習得する集中特訓を行い、めでたくA判定にて寿司職人となりました。建築と寿司の融合、海外進出に挑戦します。

I took a 2 month break this year to complete an intensive Sushi Master Course, achieving an A grade. I am working towards a fusion of architecture and Sushi, and expanding overseas.
