Prestige Springwood Apartments Launched In Bangalore

The Prestige Group is planning to build an upcoming ultra-luxury apartment complex called Prestige Springwood. It will be located in the high-growth area of Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, close to the Kempegowda International Airport. It was spread out over 2 acres of land, with only 20% being used for building and 80% being left open.

There are 180 apartments in 4 beautiful towers in the project. There are 3 and 4 BHK houses with floor plans that range in size from 1600 to 1900 square feet. Prices range from Rs. 2.40 crore to Rs. 5.2 crore. The project is in the "Pre-Launch" or "Expression of Interest" (EOI) stage right now. It will take 4 years to finish the project, and the owner will get the keys in December 2030.
