皆さん、こんにちは！武蔵小杉トーストマスターズクラブです😊
6月27日（土）に第528回日本語例会を開催しました！
この日はあいにくの台風の影響で、皆さんの安全を第一に考え、急遽オンライン（Zoom）での開催に変更となりました☔️🖥️
離れていても、画面越しにみんなの笑顔が繋がり、今回もスローガンである「Be Musako Family」にぴったりの、とても温かくて安心できる例会になりました🌱
そして、今回は K 会長がリーダーを務める年度の「最終例会」という、クラブにとっても大切な節目の一日でした🌸

📝 例会のハイライト
🌟 開会＆役割の紹介
まずは TM K. 会長の優しさいっぱいの挨拶でスタート！
例会をサポートする素敵なメンバーたちも紹介されました。
豊かな言葉を教えてくれる「今日の言葉」と文法係は TM S. が、例会全体を心地よく進める司会（TMOD）は TM M. が担当してくれました🎤
また、タイマーの TM S. 、集計係の TM S. 、えーあーカウンターの TM O. も、みんなが安心して話せるように優しくサポートしてくれました🕰️✨
💬 テーブルトピックスのコーナー
その場で発表されるテーマに沿って話す即興スピーチ！
今回は TM K. が楽しいテーマを用意してくれました💡 突然の指名にもかかわらず、みんなユーモアたっぷりに答えていて、画面越しでもたくさんの笑いが起きました😆
スピーチの後には、TM I. が一人ひとりの良いところを優しく振り返ってくれました👏
📖 準備スピーチのコーナー
今回は3名の方が、事前に心を込めて準備した素晴らしいスピーチを届けてくれました💖
スピーチ1：TM T.

タイトル「『怪談』を英語で読んでみた。」

心温まるお話から、好奇心をくすぐるお話、そして楽しい学びまで、それぞれの個性がキラキラと輝く時間でした🕊️
📝 論評（フィードバック）のコーナー
スピーチの後は、お互いの良いところを伝え合い、さらに良くなるヒントを贈り合う優しい時間です🎁
総合論評の TM T. の温かい進行のもと、TM E. 、TM T. 、そして今回が初めての論評挑戦となった TM I. が、各スピーカーに愛情たっぷりのメッセージを届けました✨ 初挑戦の TM I. 、本当に素晴らしい論評でしたよ！
🌸 今期の振り返りと、新旧役員のバトンタッチ
例会の後半では、TM T. から今期の温かい振り返りがあり、続いて TM K. 会長をはじめとする現役員メンバーからの想いのこもったメッセージが語られました😌
その後、前会長の TM K. の進行で「新役員就任式」が行われ、新しく会長となる TM P. から、次期に向けた希望あふれるテーマが発表されました🌱
これまでの感謝と、これからのワクワクが交差する、とても感動的な時間でした🤝✨

✨ Report on the 528th Musashi-Kosugi Toastmasters Club Japanese Meeting ✨
Hello everyone! This is the Musashi-Kosugi Toastmasters Club 😊
We held our 528th Japanese meeting on Saturday, June 27th!
Due to the impact of a typhoon, we prioritized everyone's safety and made a last-minute switch to holding the meeting online via Zoom ☔️🖥️
Even though we were apart, we connected through smiles on our screens. It was a truly heartwarming and reassuring meeting—perfectly embodying our slogan, "Be Musako Family" 🌱
This was also a significant milestone for the club: the final meeting of the term led by Club President TM K. 🌸

📝 Meeting Highlights
🌟 Opening & Role Introductions
We kicked things off with a warm and kind greeting from President TM K.!
We also introduced the wonderful members supporting the meeting.
TM S. handled the "Word of the Day" (sharing rich vocabulary) and the Grammarian role, while TM M. served as the Toastmaster of the Day (TMOD), ensuring the meeting ran smoothly and comfortably 🎤
Additionally, TM S. (Timer), TM S. (Vote Counter), and TM O. (Ah-Counter) provided gentle support to ensure everyone felt at ease while speaking 🕰️✨
💬 Table Topics Session
An impromptu speaking session where participants give speeches based on themes announced on the spot! TM K. prepared a fun theme for us this time 💡 Even though members were called upon unexpectedly, everyone responded with great humor, sparking plenty of laughter—even through the screen 😆
After the speeches, TM I. kindly reflected on the strengths of each speaker 👏

From heartwarming tales to stories that piqued our curiosity and offered fun lessons, it was a time where each member's unique personality truly shone 🕊️
📝 Evaluation (Feedback) Session
After the speeches, we shared what we appreciated about each other and offered tips for further improvement—a truly kind and supportive time 🎁
Guided by General Evaluator TM T., members TM E., TM T., and TM I.—who was taking on the role of evaluator for the first time—delivered messages filled with affection to each speaker ✨ TM I., your first evaluation was absolutely wonderful!
🌸 Reflecting on the Term & Handover to New Officers
In the second half of the meeting, TM T. shared a heartwarming reflection on the current term, followed by heartfelt messages from the outgoing officers, including President TM K. 😌
Afterward, the "New Officer Induction Ceremony" took place, led by outgoing President TM K., and the incoming President, TM P., announced a theme full of hope for the future 🌱
It was a deeply moving time where gratitude for the past met excitement for the future 🤝✨

Musashi-Kosugi Toastmasters Club is a welcoming place where we can grow together, supporting one another without fear of failure.
