住友金属鉱山株式会社見学（8月18日～19日） Visit to Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd.

荻先生、井上さん、内田さん、片岡さん、小松さん、丸橋さんが、2026年8月18日～19日に住友金属鉱山株式会社を訪問しました。

工場内を見学するとともに、住友金属鉱山（SMM）の歴史や事業についてご説明いただきました。

また、当研究室の卒業生である吉川さんにもご説明いただき、実際の現場について理解を深める貴重な機会となりました。

Prof. Ogi, Inoue, Uchida, Kataoka, Komatsu, and Maruhashi visited Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. on August 18–19, 2026.

We toured the plant and learned about the history and business activities of Sumitomo Metal Mining (SMM).

Mr. Kikkawa, an alumnus of our laboratory, also gave us an introduction and explanation, providing us with a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding of the actual industrial site.
