How to apply printable PU vinyl iron on transfer for dark colored or light colored fabric

SUN IMPRINT uses eco-solovent ink to print printable PU vinyl to create multi-color or full color iron on transfers for your clothing, either dark colored and light colored fabric. So you can transfer any logo, any design, image, any photograph on t shirts, cao, jeans, tank tops, pants or more to create your own unique fashion.

Now let's see how we apply the SUN IMPRINT printable PU vinyl iron on transfer

With a household iron

Step 1: Preheat and peel

Preheat fabric item to remove moister and wrinkles with a household iron (no steam) and cut iron on transfer as needed; Peel off backing paper.

Step 2: Position.

Place the iron on transfer on fabric item (image facing up) and cover with a piece of clean dry cloth.

Step 3: Iron.

Set iron "NO STEAM" and "COTTON" mode or highest temperature, heat press the transfer for around 2-3 minutes.

Notice: If the transfer is the bigger than your iron, please move the iron around to heat press for longer time.

Step 4: Peel Cool.

After cooled, remove the clean dry cloth and peel off the transparent position film slowly and gently; If you find it not firm enough on fabric, repeat step 2 and 3. All is done.

With professional heat transfer machine

Step 1: Preheat and peel.

Preheat fabric item to remove moister and wrinkles for a few seconds, and cut iron on transfer as needed; Peel off backing paper and keep transparent position film.

Step 2: Position.

Place the iron on transfer on fabric item (image facing up);

Step 3: Set and Press.

Set heat press machine temperature 165 ℃(329 ℉) and time 30s, and heat press.

Step 4: Peel Cool.

After cooled, slowly and gently peel off the transparent position film.

Care instruction

(1) Wait at least 24 hours after you've applied the iron on transfer before you wash your fabric.

(2) Turn the article of clothing inside out before you wash it

(3) To ensure a gentle cleaning of your fabric, you can try hand washing it with some light detergent and cool/warm water

instead of hot water.

(4) To dry your fabric, try hang drying it rather than using a drying machine.
