No matter what anyone says, Sheldon Cooper is NOT a positive representation of someone on the spectrum. He is a representation of EVERY negative stereotype with NO positive traits whatsoever, and was basically just created so that viewers can laugh at a person with Asperger's without having to feel bad - they SHOULD feel bad! One of my many reasons for hating The Big Bang Theory.

I have Aspergers syndrome. I always feel like I cant really connect to people on the same level because mine is too high functioning to be considered autistic but I also occasionally have what I call quirks that remind me that my brain doesnt exactly work correctly. Or at least thats how I feel about it.

I am planning with my brother to have an Autism Awareness arts and craft festival next year.
