制度を作るのでは人はそれに頼ってしまって解決には至らない。目の前にいるだれかの必要に応えることをゴールにしてしまうとすぐに行き詰まってしまう。うーん，，，なるほど。昨日聞いた話に、すごく納得でした！ではtcsはどこをゴールにしているのか？｛助け合うコミュニティ｝を育てること。人の変化，成長，関係に焦点を当てているのだ。ああ、神さまってそういう視点でご覧になってるだろうなと、心がぐっと理解できました。

さあ、シンガポール滞在も明日1日を残すところになりました。しかしブログはまだ今日にたどり着いてない😵
