馬の首がピンと伸びているときは緊張しているとき、耳が自分とは違う方向に向いている時は注意がそれている時、鼻をもぐもぐいわせているときはリラックスしている時。乗馬の前にそんな馬の気持ちのサインを知ることが大切。

When the horse's neck is stretched, he is in tense. When the ears are pointing away from you, his  attention is off. When he is muzzling, when you're relaxing . It is important to know the sign of such a horse before riding.
