Red Shiso Juice

In Japan, we drink Red Shiso juice in summer season. Red Shiso is a Japanse herb. We make the juice by shiso. Shiso is so rich in nutrition soit is so popular in Japan and is’s sold everywhere in summer season.

And we use Shiso for the powder for sprinkling over rice and pickled plums.

We sometimes drink the juice mix a milk or soda. I like the sangria made by Shiso juice.
