The oldest ryokan in Omishima, "Ryori-Ryokan Chaume," has been protected for five generations since the Meiji era.
The dishes served are boiled, salted, and sashimi, all of which are finely crafted with great care.
There are many local people who use their excellent room for special banquet including dishes and warm hospitality.
