#377 English Online Meeting (1st!)

Hi everyone, this is TK, Vice president of PR at Musashikosugi TMC.

Today, we just had the first ONLINE meeting using Zoom.  Isn't it cool?  

We had 22 members including 2 guests.  Isn't it amazing that nobody had trouble logging in to the online meeting room!!?   But to tell the truth, we had a lot of practice this week and last week so everybody can practice to use the system.  

As for the contents of online meeting,  we kept it just the same as usual face-to-face meeting.  We had 5 prepared speakers today!  

Things which did not go well online was Timer's job.  Many speakers tend to go overtime compared to face-to-face meeting.  The meeting was adjourned 15 min behind the planned time.

Yet, all in all, I believe our first online meeting was successful!!   

Here's how it looks to have Zoom meeting.  

Next meeting will be held on March 28th.  It's Japanese meeting via ZOOM again!
