⏩ 彼がいる気配がないから転じて意味になります。sign には色々な意味があり、ここでの意味は「（ある物／または人の）存在の証拠となるようなもの」ということになります。

gather：集める／寄せ集める

plenty：たくさん／豊富な

the king’s gold seal : 金印／印章

⏩ seal は 「（蜜ろうなどで密封した）印／印鑑」のこと。日本語でいう「シールは」英語では sticker いわゆる「印鑑」は stamp.

food stall：屋台

We’ll be fine on our own：いやいや、もう大丈夫です。
