Later, they work with a British officer who was sent to formalize a plan to kill several high ranking German officers at the premiere of a movie depicting the "heroics" of a German soldier. But something goes wrong at the meeting with their contact, a German actress, all of the members of the team who speak German are killed which complicates the plans. So the leader Lt. Raine comes up with an alternative. And another complication is the screening is being moved to a small theater because the man depicted in the movie takes a liking to the owner of the theater. And unknown to them, she is a Jew whose entire family was killed by a Nazi officer, who was tasked with rounding up the Jews and is now the security officer of the screening. The movie is savagely funny, as Bard Pitt finds ways to make sarcastic remarks in the least opportune moments. The movie truly has it all. It's well directed and visually pleasing. The film stays exciting throughout even though it is on the long side. Christoph Waltz's Hans Landa is brilliant. He is both terrifying and hysterical and manages to blend the two contrasting traits seamlessly. This film is a must watch. Surely its very bloody, as is often the case for Tarantino, but those who allow this to deter them are missing the point. This is a story of how history is told. While the Germans were winning the war, in the film, they created a documentary exaggerating and displaying this. In the end the US was on the winning side, which allows Tarantino to show his ridiculous outcome for the war, which no matter how far from the truth it is, is entertaining nonetheless.
This is one of the most cathartic endings of any movie.

And for the madam, ANXIETY MILK. You can't expect me to divulge information that would put German lives in danger. Such a brilliant delivery of that line. Calm. Well spoken and sincere. 04:03 - cause these yanks have bean them the devil. I wonder if Tarantino wrote that line, or if it was ad libbed by Myers, and if it was written by Tarantino, then just how thrilled Myers was to be able to get the opportunity to say it. I have no doubt he peed himself a little during this scene with joy. This movie has inspired me to think of my own works of fiction a lot more seriously and with more intentionality. Great job Christopher Nolan and team.

You know Waltz is a damn great actor if he made you completely despise him in Inglorious and love him in Django. Watch full length bastardi senza gloria film. Always felt she got what she deserved in the end. Willy is totally a loose end and she was smart to put a bullet in him to keep him from talking. But still to do him dirty like that right after he spared your life, they could have took him as a POW and figured something out. Guess it just goes to show its better to go down swinging then take false hope from your enemies. Damn it Hirschberg! LMAO. The music in the beginning perfectly conveys that feeling of “ ”. I don't speak Japanese, Ooo I know I'll turn on subtitles. shouting in Japanese oh. well I'm glad I barley speak Chinese. Tarantino is really the best director (and his best movie is pulp fiction and after django and inglorious.

Sally Menke was the editor of the a very funny and creative way to keep her company while she edits the film. This movie seemed stupid at first and i almost stopped it. but everything started to come together and it got really really good after 40 minutes into the movie. We have a grammer nazi over here ;P. Not a brad Pitt fan, but this was great work.
