I like Martin Scorsese films but I don't see how this is a classic. Deer Hunter is just another American propaganda film to make Americans hate the Vietnamese, a people who were forced into a fight for their lives and for survival just because the U.S. was (still is) greedy and willing to murders millions of innocent men, women and children.
