Specially selected lights

The interior of our shop is filled with items which our owner has chosen according to his good taste.  He is very particular about choosing the right items to fit into the atmosphere which he wishes to convey to our customers.

When I first visited our shop upon completion, I was very much impressed with what I 

saw. Today, I would like to write about the lights in our shop.

They were chosen to give a nostalgic atmosphere to fit into the 「retro town」of Nakazaki-cho where our shop is located. The area is filled with stylish cafes with a network of back streets.

At the entrance, you will be greeted by  a light fixture with 5 arms and a yellowish bulb attached to each one.  It seems to be saying "Welcome, do come in".....

By the window, where our craftman sits and handmakes the rings, there is a large bulb with warm yellowish light giving a feeling of warmth to the people looking in from the window.

Above the display of sample rings, a stylish fixture with three long arms is hanging from the ceiling so that our customers can select the ring of their choice under it's comfortable glow.

At the end of the room where the customers can exprience ring-making, a light fixture of Scandinavian taste awaits you.  The wooden arms and its beautiful design plays an important roll in the photographs that we take of our customers enjoying ring-making.

In the waiting space, hanging from above are three large round translucent light bulbs which gives a very relaxing atmosphere.

Today I wrote about light fixtures. There are so many other items for our owner was very particular about on which I hope to write again.

I would be happy if you would use this as a reference when decorating your own shop or your home.
