The best performance was without a doubt DiCaprio's, but the greatest character was Cliff. The amount of details. Tarantino is a living legend. I love how all there legs are crossed exactly the same. OK, nobody noticed the blue coffee pot from The Hateful Eight in Cliffs RV.
And people are saying he doesnt deserve the Oscar nomination... Quentin: Let me tell you WAYYYYYYYYYYY more than you ever wanted to know about this. Jesus Margot Is pretty AF. 2:20 Look a Pitt. thinking damn, this guy sells the b.s. good. One star for Brandy the dog. Another star for the actors and cinematography. This movie has no plot and is meandering mess. To me the end seemed disrespectful to Tate and the other actual victims. I usually like QT movies but this one is all bloated ego. NOT art and definitely not a coherent story.
There is one more. One of the background audio pieces features the late Humble Harv Miller on 93 KHJ along with Robert W. Morgan, Don Steele and Charlie Tuna. Humble Harv caught his wife messing around, so he killed her. After a relatively short prison sentence, Harv returned to the L.A. airwaves at KRLA. Imagine having to edit a Tarantino segment? Boss: OK, you have to cut the fiendish rambling out. And then you have to leave the fiendish rambling in. Go. The fact that Leo acted as an actor acting in a movie acting like he messed up his lines is a true level of skill.
In a certain period of time, Leonardo DiCaprio was more famous for not getting Oscar than most of the awarded actors for actually getting it. Brad Pitt has the body that I want. Leo was so convincing as the villian I forgot I wasn't watching a western for a second there. He didn't get 'Out Of Time' right, the version on the soundtrack wasn't released until 1975. Leo: breathes Quentin: RICK DALTON IS A WESTERN ACTOR.
We need a handful of cliff booths at the next antifa protest. I must say, I really enjoyed this. This movie has promised a lot but it worth a little. 5 stars only cause I really adore beautiful Margot Robbie and I'm a big fan of Di Caprio and Brad. Best scene for me is when he messed up his lines and he had nervous break down tried to stop then continued his part and made that face of anger and confusion while trying to play it straight and trying to play his part all at the same time😂😂😂😂.

Okay so I just finished watching Once upon a time in Hollywood.
OMG What a masterpiece this was.
I absolutely adored the film.
A true "moviegeek" film.
I can't wait to see it again!
The day it comes out on blu ray I will buy it immediately.
I cannot recommend this enough.
This movie is a celebration of the sixties, Hollywood and a new generation of teens that changed the culture.
It's a story of a has-been actor just trying his best, coping with reality and his journey with his good friend and stuntman Cliff.
I mean just the acting alone is worth seeing the movie for.
The way Tarantino directs this movie reminds me of his early movies from the 90's.
And man its good to be back!
The ending was amazing.
And despite stupid comments from people who are offended by the Bruce lee scene, and some of the violence towards women in this film.
Omg I mean SHUT UP.
It's a movie, and its brilliant!
Its fiction, Quentin can do whatever he wants to.
It's a celebration of the old Spaghetti westerns and Hollywood in the old days.
And old tv shows and so-forth.
Tarantino being the massive tv/film geek he is.
He knows all the names of the people in the industry back then, and all the movies.
It's such a detailed film, and I truly enjoyed it.
The music as always in a Tarantino film, was brilliant.
There is really nothing bad to say about the film if you ask me.
All the amazing actors who show up in small parts. I mean its just so much fun.
I truly hope all film fans goes and sees it as soon as possible.
The dynamic relationship between DiCaprio and Brad Pitt was beautiful.
I wanna be in that universe talking to those characters.
The transformation the two guys make, is insane!
It will go down in the history books for sure!
There are so many aspects to this film that can be analyzed and discussed.
The Sharon Tate plot and her part in the film is cool.
I loved that part of the film.
But Pitt and DiCaprio are obviously the stars of this show.
And for a good reason.
The film is very touching at times, and is on the bottomline a story about a struggling actor who can't comprehend that time went by him, and his friendship with his stuntman.
Those are the important aspects of the film.
I wanted the movie to be so much longer!
I would love Tarantino to put out a much longer directors cut.
But he probably won't do that, sadly.
He truly is the master of leaving you wanting a little more.
To sum it up.
Definitely on the top 3 of Tarantino's filmography

Nothing is perfect, but this comes as close as possible.
I like when Leo is not acting, hes a stutter in “real life”. Great idea. Loved this movie! Tarantino's masterpiece, his tour de force! Deserves a Best Picture nomination, if not win. They missed Antonio Margheriti ~ Inglourious Basterds.
