As for someone who never was super connected to this movie as a kid, I needed this remake to add in some new stuff. something to give it its own identity. I didn't really get that with this movie like I did with the Aladdin, Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast remakes. Of course, the VFX are amazing and game-changing. The voice acting is great. Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner and John Oliver are total standouts.
