I loved this so much - almost cried at the end. I have no problem with clowns. It's little old ladies running around naked that scare the hell out of me. Eddie: but wheres Stanleys head? Richie: looks up oh there he is. IT: TIME TO FLOAT IT Chapter 2: TIME TO SINK.

This just proves old people are 100% scarier than clowns

 

I love the subtle nods of Richie liking Eddie just in the 1st Neibolt scene. He thinks he hears Eddie in the clown room. He says Eddie's name twice worried about him. He's trying to console Eddie when Pennywise is marching to them after Bev stabs it telling Eddie to focus on him (Richie.) And Richie snaps Eddie's arm back into place. No one: Penny wise : “Kiss me Fat Boy”. I want to own this one. 2:52 It sounds like you died in Minecraft and then entered the neather And then he just says “give me fat boy” 😂😂.

 

It chapter # 2, almost 3 hours of adrenaline, without moments of laziness or sweet domestic talk, as seen in the dozen movies. A horror of quality, whose only fault (relative and subjective) that I find are far too many back-flashes from the first part, which fragment. They have the role of explaining and justifying, or reminding, but I, with the poor memory I have, never remembered anything from It # 1. As such, I will have to see It#1 again.
If you watch the movie, I propose a little attention exercise: Stephen King himself has a 1 minute appearance, in which he says 4 or 5 replicas.
Another challenge: the most famous frame in the movie Shining is quoted at one point. Great attention to the film, it is full of surprises.

I was definitely hiding behind my jacket for most of the movie. The scares are for sure there, and the pennywise make up and acting are spot on. The storyline plays out well, and I enjoyed the transitions from the adults to children. The ending is a bit weird and doesn't always make sense. But I would consider the scare level on par and the storyline well developed.

First one wasnt scary but this one looks like it has a creepy af vibe. THIS IS ITTY WISE HHHHHHHHHHHHHH. Beverlys reaction to injured pennywise is hilarious. 2:37. The modern adaptation of the classic IT series follows in the footsteps of the original mini series, that being that the second part is worse than the first. It's still good mind you, but not as good. Overall, almost everything about this movie felt like a downgrade to the first or didn't improve at all. The parts that are better in my opinion is the casting and the dynamic between the characters. Every main character in this movie feels like they have known each other for their whole life and have comradery to them. The casting is perfect, every actor does a phenomenal job in this movie. What can you say about Bill Skarsgård that hasn't been said already? He's the best actor in both movies, no one comes close. This movie doesn't pull any punches, if you don't like lots of blood and gore then stay away, cause there's lots. The horror itself is my biggest problem with the movie. All the scary parts build up a lot of tension, and then it falls flat on its face. The ending is also pretty bad. I wont spoil anything but it is not that good. It's still a good movie, and I would recommend checking it out if you're interested in horror, or comedy even. This movie has a lot of jokes in it that work very well even with a shape shifting clown that prays on kids fear.
