At the very basic level, this is a fun entertaining movie and if you like horror comedies, it's worth watching. For me, watching it on the big screen doesn't lend anything extra because the cinematography and direction are not exceptional in any way. The trailer for this movie gave too much away and so the initial reveal of what's going on feels unimpactful. The film also seems to have dumb antagonists. The bad guys are simply not very good at being bad. There are also no side plots, so the storyline is straightforward survival-mode. Samara Weaving is very engaging as the lead. Despite being similar looking to Margot Robbie, Samara Weaving is clearly a much better actress and has potential to be one of Hollywood greats. At the end, this film is everything the trailer shows and nothing more. It's a fun average film. 5 out of 10 plus 1 star for originality.
