I only saw the movie after it had won the Oscar and still had skepticism about winning 4 Oscars until I've finished watching it.   What a mind-blowing story!  I couldn't move for a while and I didn't know what to think of it. I'm gonna watch it again. Just watched this last night. What a masterpiece. The A+ is well deserved. The Oscars brought me here! Wohhooo! Congratulations. Watching the movie for 5.99. Let it be worth it😁😁🌟.

Very soft crime i absolutely adore these two men hahaha. I thought this was based on the Animie Parasyte. I was expecting to see MIGI. Speaking about the rock: I really wanted to make the audience curious. AND HE DID! I didn't know if the movie is horror or what. I was wondering if the rock is possessed and evil or not, if the movie will revolve around it. Very clever Mr. Joon-Ho. This is a classic that English professors will start showing in their classrooms. Lines people use when watching this movie: “OH MY GOD!” “Oh no... ” “OH NO!” “No... ” “NO!” “Please dont.” “Are you kidding me? ” “OH FCK!”.

It's so good for a movie to make me feel like unseeing the movie✌ or maybe if I were a part in the movie plot I wish to change some decisions and actions, I mean to say I am so into this movie, that I can't sleep without thinking for few days... A down on their luck family living in poverty gain an opportunity when their son gets recommended to be a tutor for a rich family's daughter
A chain of recommendations helps him and his family manipulate their way into this family's life
Huge twist arises about halfway through the movie where it is revealed that the old housekeepers husband has been living in a secret basement in the house
From this point forward the movie unravels and is very tense
After the incident with the old housekeeper when leaving the house travel down to the garbage and constantly down stairs to indicate they are lower
Flood reminds them of who they really are, people who are poor and using this family
Film is a commentary on social class and how everybody uses everybody in some way or any other just like a parasite
Film puts you in the shoes of the poor family and asks you what would you do to get ahead and pull yourself out of poverty
Film shows how far this family goes
Direction and screenplay are both excellent
There is no wasted dialogue in this film, everything that is said means something and comes into play later in the film
Everything from the smell of the father to the walker talkies is used at some point in the film, so expertly crafted
There are no throw away lines and the set up for the second half of the film is great and executed very well
Every actor gives a good to very good performance
Another great film from Bong Joon Ho that holds your attention from beginning to end.

This movie made me want to learn about Korean culture, couldn't make a better goal for a piece of art I think. Wow! Thank you South Korea. After many years and after giving up on watching Hollywoods movies, I can finally say I watched a movie. No, a work of art. This movie is so amazing, getting more impressed and into other korean films.
