You should watch and review the 2019 Cannes Palme d'or winning film, Parasite, directed by Bong Joon Ho. It's my favourite 2019 movie.

The basic idea of this film was amazing however it does not translate to the screen well. While watching over half the time you find yourself wondering what in the world these characters are thinking. Half of their actions make no sense whatsoever. Like a bad horror movie... « why are you going in there? Don't hide in there. Why are you still here? ». The scenes are picture perfect and capture your attention with the help of an amazing score. You may be on the edge of your seat for a bit but when it's all said and done nothing adds up. This group of friends appears to be so clueless and dumb that they almost deserve what is happening to them. You become so disconnected with the characters that whatever happens to them doesn't matter to you. Consistently you may ask yourself what will happen next and it could shock you, but in the end it's nothing more than senseless. You will want to finish the movie no doubt, you may be entranced at parts, but it will end and you will find yourself tearing appart the actions of the main characters for their stupidity and that's it.

Also another thing you may have missed: the sky is blue. They went hard out of their way to avoid mentioning that The Master is a fictionalization of the early days of Dianetics/Scientology. Sad that people are still afraid of their lawyers at this point. I recently went to go see this movie high and I honestly thought I was tripping.

I agree with almost everything you said. B- is too high, the ending was very lack luster. Needed a couple gut punches and they never came. Creepy, yes but didn't hit the high note I was waiting for. Yeah hes definitely done a lot of mushrooms. Is no one gonna talk about the violins? I mean, yeah, sure, the movie looks scary, but the violins just made it go from 70 to 300 REAL QUICK.

The legit and trusted place to surely Festival straha on your computer in high definition quality without even having to spend a dime. Weve all had that one nightmare during a summers day, making this film scarily relatable. I want to know if Dani stays with the cult. Did she loose her mind? Did she accept their ways and become apart of the family? Did she come to her senses and want to leave? I want these answers 😂. 2:52 he was screaming in agony because he fell on his legs and not on his torso or head. I think that was pretty obvious. There were no historical or past factors that made him sad. Today i have celebrate midsommar with my family. LOL. Talk about art imitating life when Joaquin Phoenix is in a movie about a cult, having been raised in a cult himself. I have a couple of close friends raised in that same cult (formerly Children of God, now The Family International) and after knowing them for over 10 years, it never ceases to boggle my mind when we have discussions about their former way of life. Their parents are still actively involved in The Family. They visit occasionally and are eresting is what Ill go with.

I am a swede and midsommar is a very special Holliday here... lmao rip our reputation after this movie xD.

This director redefined the meaning of horror movies.
