I love Dastardly. He is the only redeemable part of the movie. And his LIT AF THEME. 1:46 Freeze it when they're chasing Daphne, you can see Dick Dastardly. A movie that starts using “trendy” or current things such as dabbing is reason enough for me to stay away. Movie did not meet up with my family's expectations. Don't recommend. Policeman:first name? In an age of terrible CGI redesigns of cartoon characters, we should all be thankful Scooby looks as good as he does in this movie. I feel like I'm the odd man out as I enjoyed the movie I felt like it was a loving parody and caricature what the Scooby Doo franchise was as a whole as opposed to trying to repeat what had already been done completely it touched on it and then started with a new brush. I love that darker, scarier Scooby Doo show, I watched it like 5 times.

The only movies that I'd pirate are infinity war and endgame. Warner Bros. channel turned off their comment section, so I had to comment here. I gotta say... I really like what I'm seeing. I would be against the idea of rushing into a team up movie with establishing the core characters they were adapting, but seeing that Hanna Barbara character crossed over a lot in the old TV shows, I'll make a major exception. Shaggy not saying “like” every 5 seconds is irritating me. Frozen II Is From 2019.

I'm not surprised, since Scooby hasn't been Scooby since Mysteries Incorporated. I blame stupid audiences we have these days, like those who love Steven Universe- Oops! Forgot where I was. There are two minor things that disappoint me about Scoob! are Matthew Lillard not voicing Shaggy, but respect to Will Forte's voice. and Frank Welker not voicing Dynomutt, Dog Wonder. All negativity aside, Scoob! is gonna be an awesome rated PG family film to watch at a theater. This movie is mainly living on the nostalgia behind it and I am completely okay with that. There are a ton of references to other Hannah-Barbara properties in this movies and I feel like the more you know about Hannah-Barbara the more you will enjoy this movie.
I went into this movie skeptical because of the decisions about the voice cast (and scooby-doo does not have a very strong track record when it comes to feature films. I really enjoyed this movie, the animation is great and story is entertaining. It does have a feeling that it is made for kids but there is surprisingly a lot of action and adult humor that will fly over kids heads to keep adults entertained.
I have three main problems with the movie. The first being the child voice acting at the beginning of the film is weak. It just sounds very cheap, fortunately there is less than 10 minutes of it and it passes quickly. The second being some of the jokes don't land, there is a clear differences in joke style when they are writing the jokes for kids vs adult. It can be adjaring but the movie is pretty fast paced so if one joke doesn't land it moves right on to the next one. The third being there is a lack of mystery to the movie, while you do see the gang investigate, you already know the answer before the rest of the gang does so there's really no "who's done it" factor. I can see why this choice was made, the pacing would have been very uneven if the mystery elements were included.
But overall a solid movie. Would recommend.
