道案内で相手が間違った方向に行こうとした時などに、とっさに「そっちじゃないですよ」と言う時のフレーズです。 wrong は「間違った」go the wrong way で 「間違った道をいく」となります。
自分たちで道が違うことを気づいた時は こんな風に言えます。

⏩ 直訳すると「今度は私たちはそれを手に入れます」という意味です。get it は「理解する」という意味で教わった道を理解していることを指しています。this time 「今回」は「教わった道を理解している＝きちんと行けますよ」 と言ったニュアンスで使っています。
