Senbei～Rice Crackers～

Senbei is a type of Japanese rice crackers.

They are soy sauce taste and sometimes sugar taste. We eat senbei with a green tea and we usually offered senbei to our guest as a courtesy refreshment.

Senbei are baked and grilled and then brushed with a soy sauce or a salt and mirin. They are wrapped with Nori.

They are so tasted and we will recommend Senbei as Japanese souvenir.
