When the mercury shows 36, 37 and finally reaches 39 ℃ and you feel as if you were melting in the heat ... you'd have a craving for something ice cold.
This recipe might be perfect for CHILLing out.
Shaved Ice with Limonchello-cream and Golden Kiwi Fruit
Ingredients
Limonchello
Sugar
Milk
Golden kiwi
Lemon
Directions
1 Mix sugar and milk in a small pan
Keep stirring until the mixture gets creamy
Add Limonchello
2 Squeeze lemon to get some juice then add sugar
3 Dice golden kiwi then put them in circle in a bowl
4 Shave ice over kiwi
5 Pour Limonchello sauce and sweetened lemon juice over ice
I use a cordless electric ice shaver, works on batteries.
