Here is a useful and very simple phrase.

「何々しか何々しない」 in English is…

I only + 動詞の原形

For example…

I only drink red wine. (赤ワインしか飲まない。)

I only watch TV at night. (夜にしかテレビ見ない。)

三単現の場合は動詞に “s” を付けましょう。

For example…

My friend only dates black girls. (友達は黒人の女の子としかデートしない。)

My mom only cooks Italian. (お母さんはイタリア料理しか作らない。)

And 何々しか☆出来ない☆ is…

For example…

I can only sleep about 5 hours. (５時間しか寝れない。)
