ボリューミー・コストパフォーマンスがいい」ってジャパニーズイングリッシュです！ Real English でなんて言うの？

Here are two phrases that I have heard often recently:

①　ボリューミー

②　コストパフォーマンスがいい

最近よく使われてますね。　ですが、両方ともジャパニーズイングリッシュですよ！　Remember that カタカナ & ローマ字 = 英語ではありません。 So, anyway, how do say 「ボリューミー」＆「コストパフォーマンスがいい」 in Real English? It`s easy! Just use these phrases:

➀　The portions are big./The portions were big.

For example…

A) How was the restaurant?

B) It was good! The food was delicious and the portions were big.

② It`s good value for the money. or… It`s a good deal.

For example…

A) How much was it?

B) Dinner for two was $45.

A) And the food was good and the portions were big?! That`s a great deal!

B) Yes, it`s really good value for the money. You should go there!
